Here is a Native American Indian style knife sheath. The inner sheath is made from brain tanned bison and the outer sheath is brain tanned deer. All the bead work is done with 10/0 seed beads and sewn with real elk sinew. The quill dangles are optional.

Here is the real thing. A hand made, brain tanned elk and buffalo hide 16 ft. diameter Tipi. It was made by Hans Asmussen, a real mountain man himself. He's a member of the AMM, the Clearwater Horse Party and is a member of the Long Riders Guild. Hans tanned all of the hides himself and sewed all of them traditionally using real elk and buffalo back strap sinew. He has thousands of hours in its construction. This Tipi can be used indoors or out. It's made to endure the elements. Tipi includes poles, stakes, and hide Tipi.
